Full Face (Without sunglasses and normally without a hat or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background) 3. Taken against a light (white or light blue) background so that the features are distinguishable and contrasted against the background. 4. Clear and of good quality.5. Printed on normal photographic paper. 6. Unmounted. 7. 2 inches x 1.5 to 2 inches in size.8. Write Name and Date of Birth on the back of photographs.9.
